Ulvilan Konepaja Oy, a family-owned company founded in 1952, has long traditions in mid-heavy machine workshop manufacturing and acts as a customer-oriented subcontractor. The company offers machining, welding, parts manufacturing and mechanical assembly of machines and equipment according to customer requirements. The operations are guided by international standards for quality and environmental responsibility: ISO 9001, ISO 3834-2, ISO 14001. We are seeking an experienced sheet metal welder to work on diverse and demanding welding projects. The role involves welding structural steel and possibly stainless steel projects. Welding methods MIG, MAG and TIG are used as needed. We are looking for a professional with a careful approach to work and an interest in developing their craft. You are suitable if you have several years of welding experience and appropriate training, ability to read drawings, initiative and the ability to work independently, good teamwork and a desire to deliver high-quality work, and readiness for 2-shift work. We offer varied welding projects in a stable company, potential for long-term employment, onboarding and team support, and a fair salary based on prior expertise, around 15–17 €/h plus a bonus system.
