Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a restaurant manager for a client company in Mikkeli for a permanent, full-time position starting in early September. The salary is based on the Hospitality and Restaurant industry collective agreement and negotiable according to your skills and experience. As restaurant manager you are responsible for the restaurant’s operation in its entirety and ensure that your team has the competence and prerequisites for delivering a successful customer experience. Restaurant operations management includes personnel and financial leadership duties, without neglecting. We especially value experience with a variety of beverage products. The role requires: the ability to understand and manage large entities; knowledge of cash handling and the key performance indicators commonly used in restaurants; previous experience as a supervisor in the restaurant industry for several years; proactive and genuinely interested approach.
