À la Carte Cook for December

Work in Levi for December. You will work as part of the kitchen team of a hotel in central Levi, in the heart of the Levi tourist resort. The kitchen duties relate to the hotel's varied restaurant services, which include hotel breakfast, group and event catering, and quality à la carte dining. In this role, you are responsible for preparing high-quality food products during the busy season and with varying customer flows. Daily work includes preparing breakfast, buffet, group and à la carte dishes, as well as taking part in other kitchen production tasks. The customer base is varied and international, consisting of leisure travellers, business clients and event guests. We offer the opportunity to work at one of Lapland's best-known tourist destinations in a modern hotel restaurant environment, where quality food, strong seasonal variation and an international atmosphere make the work varied and interesting. We offer: 112.5 working hours over three weeks during December. Accommodation may be available for the duration of the work. Rent is €250–550 per month depending on the accommodation option. Both private-room and shared-room options are available. We expect from you: Previous experience as a cook and readiness to work in a varied hotel restaurant environment. The ability to work independently and as part of a kitchen team without compromising quality, including during busy seasons. Pay: €13.70–15.04, Marava collective agreement. Interested?
