We are looking for you** **Maintenance Technician** **Permanent position at the Lappeenranta bakery** As a Maintenance Technician, you will work with the production equipment of the Lappeenranta bakery in versatile mechanical installation and maintenance tasks. You will be part of the factory's own seven-person maintenance team. Tasks include technical maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial bakery production lines, preventive maintenance, as well as modification and basic improvement work. The role offers a balanced amount of responsibility and freedom. Work is performed in three shifts: morning shift 06:00–14:00, afternoon shift 14:00–22:00, and night shift 22:00–06:00. The starting salary for the position is €2,150 – €3,050 / month depending on the selected person's education and previous work experience in the field. In addition to the basic salary, we pay various bonuses, for example, an afternoon shift bonus of €1.91 – €2.46 / h and a night shift bonus of €13.99 – €20.58 / h. The position offers the possibility of a business-specific production performance bonus, with a target level of 74 cents / h (structure and conditions are defined annually).
