Site Supervisor

Eltelin Power business unit is recruiting for a permanent position a Site Supervisor for high voltage cabling (110 kV) projects. The job location is Eltel’s Turku office, but the role requires presence on sites and readiness to travel around Finland. Responsibilities include supervising HV cabling projects (110 kV) on construction sites, coordinating earthworks, communicating with end customers and other stakeholders, being part of the cabling workgroup, and participating in practical installation and cabling work. The position typically involves a four-day workweek with ten-hour days. Requirements include a suitable electrical or civil/structural engineering education and prior experience in site supervision on construction sites. You work proactively, take responsibility for site matters, and collaborate with stakeholders, customers and various people. You must have a B driving license and be willing to travel to different sites in Finland. Proficiency in Finnish is required; English skills are an advantage. Certifications in occupational safety, electrical safety and first aid are an advantage, and we will train missing qualifications if needed.
