Tanssinopettaja, Tanssittava

Tanssittava is seeking new dance teachers to join the team. Tanssittava is a growing dance studio offering high‑quality, approachable dance instruction for hobbyists of all ages. We operate at several locations in the Pirkanmaa region and teach hundreds of dancers weekly. Our operating principles are based on sensitivity, and our core values are individuality, quality, and supporting our clients’ holistic well‑being. We are looking for inspiring and reliable dance teachers to join us. As a dance teacher you will plan and deliver your own teaching sessions and ensure your group is guided with high quality instruction. Teaching is available both during daytime and evening hours. We offer substitutes and intensive courses from the start, so teaching can begin quickly. Weekly teaching hours start from January 2027. Lessons can be offered for example in street dance, K‑pop, ballet, and show dance. You don’t need to know everything – your strong skills and passion for teaching are what matters. Knowledge of other dance styles is also an asset. We hope you have formal dance education and/or strong dance background, prior teaching experience, the ability to engage learners of different ages and levels, a responsible and proactive work attitude, good interpersonal and collaborative skills, an enthusiastic and encouraging disposition, and a desire to develop your own teaching and be part of Tanssittava. Car availability is considered an asset since teaching occurs at several studios in the Pirkanmaa area. Please indicate in your application if you have a car available. We offer a variety of teaching hours for different age groups, opportunities to teach both day and evening hours, flexible hours and teaching, and the possibility to teach at multiple Tanssittava locations around Tampere. We offer a friendly and professional working community and the chance to be part of a growing dance studio. Interested? Send a free-form application telling a bit about yourself, your dance background and teaching experience. Please also tell us: which dance styles you want to teach, which age groups you’d like to teach, when you are available, and whether you have a car available. Applications to toimisto@tanssittava.fi. The closing date is 1 November or until a suitable candidate is found. Welcome to Tanssittava’s growing dance community!
