- Do hands-on design work and take ownership of your interior package
- Translate architectural goals into realizable solutions with the shipyard's production and other design areas
- Lead the technical progression of the design and guide other designers where needed
- Work mainly from Etteplan's Turku or Vantaa office or at the client's site
- Partial remote work may be possible and travel may be required
- Several years of experience in ship interior design
- Engineering degree or DI in a relevant field
- Strong skills in AutoCAD and AVEVA E3D, CADMATIC or equivalent 3D software
- Experience as lead designer or system responsible and willingness to also perform hands-on design work
- Fluency in Finnish and English; customer-service mindset
