We are seeking skilled experts to address these challenges and are now looking for a new Construction Supervisor to join our team. Could this be the next step in your career? **Your New Role** We are looking for a Construction Supervisor for our Tampere office. Key responsibilities: - Supervising construction work on various new and renovation projects for our clients, and guiding the project together with the project team. - Depending on your experience and interest, tasks may include roles such as project engineer or project manager. - Participating in or independently managing project planning and construction activities. - Preparing tender and contract documents. - Creating schedules and monitoring costs. - Participating in sales, marketing, and bidding activities with the unit manager and other staff. - Performing safety coordination during construction. You will work at our Tampere office and on construction sites in the Pirkanmaa, Kanta-Häme, and Satakunta regions. **About You** For this open position, we expect: - At least five years of relevant experience in contracting or supervision tasks. - Education as a construction engineer or construction foreman. - Basic knowledge or experience with different types of contracts; we will help you deepen this knowledge. - The role requires the use of your own car. - Fluent Finnish skills (spoken and written); skills in English and Swedish are considered an advantage. - Natural ability to work with clients and good interpersonal skills. - Courage to raise issues and address them. - Initiative, desire to develop, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Stress tolerance and responsibility for your work. - Willingness to admit mistakes, learn from them, and not dwell on them. - Proficiency in key technical applications. - Certification as a building inspector, construction supervisor, moisture management coordinator, or safety coordinator is an advantage. **What We Offer** Extensive opportunities for professional development and training. - Supportive managers guided by our leadership principles. - A friendly and people-oriented work culture where you are valued as yourself. - Genuine opportunities to influence your work. - Ramboll Foundation and Ramboll’s strong values. **Work at the Heart of Sustainable Development in Finland** Ramboll is a global planning and consulting company.
