About the role

StaffPoint is seeking a skilled KITCHEN SHIFT LEADER for Lapland Hotels SnowVillage for the 2026-2027 winter season. You can be either a rising talent or a long-time veteran. As the Kitchen Shift Leader at SnowVillage, you will be responsible for the quality and preparation of food products. You will act as the head chef's right hand, assisting with inventory management, ordering, and stock-taking, and leading other chefs during your shift by example. Work begins on November 23, 2026, and lasts until the end of the winter season, approximately April 4, 2027. Available working hours are 112.5h/3 weeks. The employment contract is concluded between the employee and Staffpoint. Please note that the Lapland Hotels chain is a smoke-free workplace. Lapland Hotels SnowVillage magically combines the world of snow and ice. Every year in November, a unique icy complex consisting of ice sculptures, an ice restaurant, and an ice bar rises in Lainio, covering an area of about 2 hectares. However, the reception and restaurant facilities are located warmly within log walls. Lapland Hotels SnowVillage is visited by approximately 80,000 visitors annually, and the theme of the destination changes every year. The location near the centers of Levi and Ylläs ensures a busy winter season. The distance from Levi is approx. 45 km, from Äkäslompolo 30 km, and from Ylläsjärvi 15 km.
