Earthworks Worker - Fiber Optic Installations

We are looking for two earthworks workers to support fiber optic trenching and conduit installation in the Pirkanmaa region (Nokia, Pirkkala, Tampere, Ylöjärvi). Work starts with site surveying and continues through excavation, cable blowing, measurements, and installation, up to commissioning. Prior experience in earthworks or fiber optic work is beneficial, but a positive attitude is most important. Must be comfortable working in Finland’s variable weather. A valid B-class driving license is required; a small digital license (ekortti) is a big plus. If you have experience in earthworks and fiber optics or the motivation to learn, you could be our candidate. Current occupational safety certificates are required, and if you don’t have them, we’ll arrange them before work starts. Good Finnish language skills are essential for on-site work and customer interactions. We offer a wage of 14–16 €/h depending on experience, paid twice monthly, and provide work gear for each task. You can start quickly. To apply, use the link and include your CV or describe your last five years of employment. Employer: Visio Henkilöstöratkaisut, a Finnish staffing company founded in 2020. Location: Pirkanmaa (Nokia, Pirkkala, Tampere, Ylöjärvi).
