What the job includes: You will work in clients’ homes supporting their functional capacity and well-being. Duties include nursing and pharmacological care and monitoring and health promotion; personal hygiene and nutrition; rehabilitative care to maintain functioning; meeting clients and families in a genuine presence. Also you have: practical nurse qualification; valid pharmacology theory studies (you may complete them with us); B-card and ability to use your own car. We value previous home care experience and kinesthetics and wound care skills, but the most important is enthusiasm, willingness to learn and develop our operations together. What we offer: Pay according to experience (G20C, single social security) 15.29–16.69 €/h depending on experience.
