Insurance Support Specialist

What we expect? • You are interested in the operations of the Nordics' largest insurance company; we do not expect previous experience working in insurance. • You are precise, have a customer-centric approach, value teamwork, and feel comfortable using various computer programs. • Previous experience in processing documents and data is an advantage. • You have very good skills in Norwegian, Danish, or Swedish, both spoken and written, which you can supplement through work and language training. • Your Estonian language is at a very good level, as daily internal team communication takes place in Estonian. • You have the willingness and desire to learn. Our job is to train you as an insurance support specialist. Your main tasks may be handling insurance documents and customer data in various customer service stages. As an insurance support specialist, you contribute to creating a safer life for our customers!
