Personal Assistant

This vacancy is for a personal assistant position in Lempäälä. The employee will support clients in living their own, full lives by helping with everyday tasks due to illness or disability. Tasks include assisting with household chores and activities outside the home. Assignments vary by client need and condition. No formal education or previous experience is required; the right attitude and willingness to learn are enough. Onni provides thorough induction through its Assistants Academy before starting, with ongoing support from a team supervisor. Work is typically in two shifts on weekdays and weekends, with shifts from two hours upward; you may work part-time or as a on-call worker. First shift for a client is an orientation shift if needed; after that, collaboration between assistant and client is reviewed for compatibility. You may work for multiple clients if schedules align. Requirements: Finnish language at B2 level, driving licence and own car if needed, and being of legal age.
