Practical Nurse

Ravalsi Day Activity Center provides occupational and day activities. Day activities are group-based and based on the clients' goals. There are currently about thirty clients in the day activity center. Your duties in the day activity center include basic care work and guiding clients in various activities. Work is performed with a partner or in a small team, but you must be prepared and courageous to work independently when necessary. Practical nurses working in the day activity center also administer medication. Experience in disability work and proficiency in creative methods (handicrafts, music, etc.) in client work are advantageous. You will also need good interaction skills in client and team work, as well as the courage to bring new ideas and develop operations. Start of work is by agreement, preferably by August 31, 2026, at the latest. Workplace name and address: Ravalsin päiväaikainen toiminta, Hietapellontie 7, 02400 Kirkkonummi. Working hours: 38 h 15 min / week, between 7:00 and 17:00 on weekdays. The position is temporary until June 30, 2027. Eligibility requirements are practical nurse training and medication administration training, or completion of the latter within 3 months of the start of employment. We require vaccination protection according to Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act. The employee must present a tuberculosis certificate according to Section 55 of the Communicable Diseases Act.
