Construction Helper

Flexible construction-site helper role on a nationwide fast‑growing Finnish staffing company Lisäpalvelu. In Kouvola area you will assist on construction sites with a variety of supporting tasks. Typical duties include carrying materials, dismantling structures, maintaining site cleanliness, and coordinating site logistics. The work is based on your skill level and may include different tasks from day to day. Requirements include good physical condition, being proactive, eagerness to learn, fluent Finnish, a driving license and access to a car. Nice-to-have: training in construction or related tasks, and an active safety card (we can assist with obtaining).
