Are you over 18 years old, customer-oriented, and energetic both early in the morning and in the evening? We are looking for additional staff for our pleasant work community. St1 Ruutana station is open Mon-Fri 5-21, Sat 7-21, and Sun 8-21. In addition to fuel sales, the station features Helmisimpukka restaurant, Drivers fast food, a shop, Kotipizza, and a postal agent. The work involves customer service with a smile and a proactive approach. A background in the restaurant or commercial sector, as well as previous experience in customer service, would be beneficial. Most importantly, we value a willingness to learn customer service and food preparation tasks; a positive attitude goes a long way. The job requires stress tolerance and organizational skills for everyone; the average minimum working time is 75-90 h / 3 weeks. The work is in two shifts. Duties include customer service, cleaning, preparing display products, preparing fast food, making a la carte dishes and pizzas during evening shifts, and assisting in the kitchen. Knowledge of Veikkaus machines, a hygiene passport, and experience in cafe/kitchen work are considered advantages. Work begins as soon as possible with orientation shifts. The employment is permanent, and the selected employee must be able to work shifts on weekdays and weekends, from early morning shifts to evening shifts. The terms of employment follow the collective agreement for the tourism and restaurant industry. Salary is according to the Marava TES: 12.21 € - 13.58 € / h depending on previous work experience.
