Construction Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced construction supervisor to lead demolition and renovation projects in Kouvola region and across Finland. The role involves daily on-site leadership of demolition and renovation sites, coordinating and staffing work crews, planning phases and schedules, ensuring safety and quality, maintaining communications with clients, contractors and subcontractors, and documenting site progress and costs. The candidate should have hands-on experience in construction site leadership, particularly on demolition, renovation and asbestos-related projects; travel across Finland is required to ensure progress at sites. Finnish language proficiency is required; a category B driver’s license is preferred. We offer a permanent full-time position with a salary of about €3,500–€4,000 per month, depending on experience, varied worksites across Finland, thorough onboarding, and support from an experienced organization.
