Waiter

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional waiters for our restaurants in Levi. If you enjoy diverse customer service and energetic teamwork, you may be the person we are looking for. As a waiter, your duties focus on high-quality service and ensuring guest comfort in the restaurant. You will serve both visitors and locals, handle order taking and serving, and participate in the smooth operation of the restaurant with the rest of the team. Key tasks include taking orders and delivering meals; handling customer service situations in a friendly and professional manner; keeping the restaurant clean and orderly; handling billing and payments; and, if needed, participating in breakfast service and/or the bar. What we look for: previous experience in hospitality customer service; a proactive and self-driven attitude; excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills; Finnish and English language skills (additional languages are a plus); flexibility to varying shifts; alcohol certification.
