Practical Nurse

We are seeking a part-time (75%) practical nurse for the Southern Ostrobothnia wellbeing services county, with the initial placement at Lövlunden residential services in Luoto. The employment is open-ended and begins on 1.10.2026 or by agreement. The working hours are based on period work time. Lövlunden is a senior unit providing 24-hour residential services for people with various functional limitations. The unit consists of two group homes with 5+5 places and one apartment unit with 3 places. We value an open and positive attitude, commitment, and a good approach to clients. Eligibility requirements: Degree of practical nurse or a degree in accordance with the decree on healthcare professionals (564/1994) or the government decree on social care professionals (153/2016). Satisfactory oral and written skills in both national languages of the country. Those with a practical nurse's degree are required to be registered in both professional registers of the National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Health (Valvira), Terhikki and Suosikki. Additionally, the selected person must have valid vaccination protection in accordance with Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act (1227/2016) and a criminal record extract as mentioned in Section 6, subsection 2 of the Criminal Records Act. A probationary period will be applied.
