Laser Operator

Hello, We are looking for two laser operators or operator assistants for our reputable and growing metal-industry client in Säkylä. The employment relationship begins through staffing services, but this is a long-term need. The position offers an excellent opportunity to move to permanent employment directly with the client. This position is suitable both for an experienced metal-industry professional and for a motivated career changer. If you have no previous experience with laser machines, you will start with easier assisting tasks and grow into an operator role while working. Our client uses well-known and modern laser machines (e.g. Bystronic), so previous experience with similar equipment is considered an advantage. Success in the role requires: - The right attitude and willingness to learn new things; an energetic approach to work matters most! - Readiness to work three shifts and good general fitness (the work is moderately physical). - Finnish language skills, as the production control system, programs, and working language are Finnish. We offer: - Support from your own personnel consultant throughout the employment relationship. - Secure future prospects and the possibility of permanent employment directly with the client. - Fair pay based on at least the Technology Industry collective agreement, determined by your own skills. The client company's employment benefits include: - Comprehensive work-ability insurance that also covers previous injuries. - Comprehensive occupational healthcare to support your everyday life. - A shorter Friday, with a six-hour working day thanks to weekly working-time equalisation. - Prescription safety glasses at the company's expense when needed. Säkylä municipality's relocation support (for people moving for work): - Six months of rent-free accommodation in a municipal apartment. - Financial support toward purchasing your own home. - A separate child benefit for families who move. If you are interested in the position, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss the next steps. Work will begin once the right person is found.
