Product Lead

What you'll do: Own Titan as a product: define and drive its vision, strategy, and product management framework, and build that function largely from scratch. Translate Supercell's game development ambitions into a coherent, multi-year strategic direction for Titan, and identify where capabilities, scope, or team alignment are missing. Productize Titan’s existing capabilities – packaging, documentation, and adoption paths – so its value is clear. Define success metrics and use them to sharpen Titan's strategy. Build and own the Titan-level roadmap, challenging assumptions and aligning teams with Titan priorities. Be the main contact for game and partner teams on Titan needs and turn them into org-wide priorities. Partner with team leads on productization and prioritization and coach teams to think in product terms. Communicate Titan's strategy across the organization and turn it into shared priorities and ways of working. What you'll have: Extensive product management background with a proven track record of owning strategy and roadmap for a complex, multi-team product or platform. Experience leading product teams and shaping a product function. Passion for getting things done and hands-on approach. Deep technical savviness and strong judgment in a deeply technical environment. Ability to lead through influence rather than authority. AI fluency and comfort with ambiguity. Nice to have: Leadership and people management experience and background in gaming.
