Offering 63-90 h / 3 weeks, and the employment is permanent. Work begins according to the agreement, and shifts are according to the restaurant's opening hours from weekdays to weekends, including evenings. In your work, you lead the shift in practice. You guide the team, maintain the rhythm of work, and ensure that customers receive high-quality tacos and other products quickly, even when the restaurant is busy. You are involved in the work with the team, but at the same time, you are responsible for ensuring the overall operation works. Our daily routine rolls with a Live Más attitude. This means working at full capacity, keeping up the tempo, and supporting each other. As a shift leader, you directly influence this through your own actions: ensuring the shift works, the team knows what to do, and a good atmosphere remains even during rushes. In this role, it is not enough to just handle your own area well. You must be able to lead others. You will succeed in this job if: - you dare to take space and lead the team in everyday situations - you communicate clearly and fluently with both the team and customers - you provide constructive feedback and intervene in situations when necessary - you make decisions and do not wait for ready-made solutions - you adhere to the rules and ensure that others act accordingly - you stay calm during rushes and perceive the overall situation We hope that you already have experience in customer service, and experience in the fast-food industry is an advantage. You will receive comprehensive orientation, where you can practice both supervisory work and the concept in practice. You communicate fluently in Finnish or English; in daily work, you will manage if you can handle the basic shift tasks in both languages. Remuneration is determined according to the collective agreement for supervisors in travel, restaurant, and leisure services.
