As a practical nurse in home care, your day-to-day tasks include a wide range of duties beyond basic care, such as wound care, medication administration, and functional capacity assessments. We value courage to face new situations, good collaboration and interpersonal skills. The role requires independent working style, good organizational ability and flexibility in changing situations. Due to the mobile nature of the work, a driver’s license and use of own car are required. We also have home care cars available for work shifts. We offer independent, meaningful and varied work with orientation days as needed.
