Responsibilities
- Manage and release new games on the company websites.
- Add and manage game data, including correct free spins, tags, trophies, reviews, thumbnails, backgrounds, RTP information, achievements, rewards and other data.
- Test games before release to ensure they function correctly and comply with the requirements of each regulated market, currency, and device.
- Set up tournaments, free-spins and rewards based on CRM needs and requests.
- Monitor and validate the performance of the Battle of Slots product and ensure competitions are configured and running correctly.
- Own an assigned portfolio of game providers and manage day-to-day operational communication with them (game releases, certifications and operational issues).
- Gather and maintain provider roadmap confirmations and release schedules.
- Compile, maintain, and update operational documentation, trackers, and reports.
- Resolve operational support requests and escalation tickets within agreed SLAs.
- Support incident investigations and assist with validating fixes before games are returned to service.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and raise suggestions for automation or efficiency improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience within the iGaming industry in a similar operational or customer-facing role.
- Good understanding of casino games and the online gaming industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Excel, Slack, Zendesk, Jira or similar operational tools.
