We are looking for house cleaners to help make our customers’ everyday life easier. Onni’s cleaning services go beyond a clean home; our work supports customers in their daily routines and aims to leave a positive impression with every visit. Your job will involve cleaning of customers’ homes and facilities to a high standard and reliably. Tasks include regular home cleaning, one-off cleans, window washing and cleaning of commercial premises. More experienced workers may participate in specialized cleaning. The job is typically daytime, weekdays. You can influence your shifts and work part-time or on a gig basis to suit your life situation. We hire both experienced cleaning professionals and newcomers. Prior cleaning experience is an advantage but not required. What matters most is that you are reliable, want to do your job well and treat customers kindly. We will train you thoroughly, teaching tasks, use of tools, and how we serve customers in a friendly manner. Requirements include a friendly and customer‑oriented approach, initiative and responsibility, good Finnish language skills, driver’s license and ability to use your own car on the job. We pay mileage for using your own car. We believe quality output and good customer experience go hand in hand; we work with high quality and friendly customer interactions, recognizing individual needs and creating a positive feeling after every visit. We offer meaningful work with immediate visible results. The friendly Onni team shares daily life with you and supports you. Compensation depends on your skills and training: €12.59–€16.06 per hour (Facility Services TES).
