Property Maintenance Worker

We are looking for a technical property maintenance worker in the Vantaa area who wants to perform their work with quality and help ensure that our customers have functional and safe premises in their daily lives. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical maintenance, servicing, and repair work of properties, as well as tasks related to HVAC systems. Your work also includes customer service and various interactions with clients, making the days diverse and varied. We hope you have a basic degree in property maintenance and experience in similar technical property maintenance roles. Success in the position is supported by good spoken Finnish skills, and a driver's license is essential for traveling for work. We especially value a developing, flexible, and active approach to work.
