Receptionist

We are seeking a Reception/Customer Service Agent for Tampere. As a receptionist, you will handle customer service tasks in Technopolis lobby and also tasks related to client management such as booking meetings rooms, invoicing, building access control, key management, and handling incoming and outgoing mail. We expect prior experience in similar customer service work; previous experience in hotel reception and meeting services is well-suited. Meeting services tasks are a key component of the lobby service, and prior experience in meeting services is especially valued. Our aim is to deliver five-star customer service, requiring customer-oriented and positive attitude, good social skills, and willingness to tackle diverse and rapidly changing customer service situations. The successful candidate should be able to communicate fluently in Finnish and English and have good IT skills. Training will be provided. Technopolis offers an interesting and appropriately challenging role, supported by an innovative, expert, and capable team. The work location is in Tampere city center at the University Ridge campus. Start date is as soon as possible with a full-time (37.5h/week) temporary employment contract with Manpower until the end of August 2027. Work shifts are weekdays 7:00–17:00.
