MEP Manager

MEP & Structural Site Installation Lead Location: Iceland (Site Based) Project: Large-Scale Data Centre Construction Project Reporting to: Mechanical Package Manager We are seeking an experienced MEP & Structural Site Installation Lead to manage mechanical, MEP interface and structural installation activities on a major construction project in Iceland. The role will focus on site leadership, contractor coordination, installation sequencing, HSE, QA/QC, progress monitoring and delivery through to testing, commissioning and handover. Data centre experience is preferred but not essential. Candidates with experience delivering complex industrial, pharmaceutical, energy, manufacturing or large-scale construction projects are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities - Lead daily mechanical, MEP and structural installation activities. - Coordinate contractors, subcontractors and site teams. - Manage work fronts, programme, logistics, access and installation readiness. - Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, drawings, RAMS and project standards. - Manage interfaces between mechanical, electrical, civil, structural and commissioning teams. - Support inspections, testing, commissioning, punch lists and handover. Requirements - Strong site-based construction leadership experience. - Mechanical/MEP installation background. - Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams. - Good understanding of construction delivery, safety, quality and commissioning processes.
