The Position:担当エリアの大学病院、総合病院、臨床検査センターなどを対象に、新規開拓を中心としたコンサルティング営業をお任せします。まだ自社製品を導入していない医療施設へアプローチし、医療現場や検査室が抱える課題をヒアリングから抽出、解消に導くことが最優先のミッションです。自社製品をただ売り込むのではなく、お客様の課題解決に向けた最適なソリューションを提供していただきます。業務内容：新規開拓・コンサルティング提案営業。既存顧客への運用サポートおよび社内連携。応募資格（必須要件）：医療業界における課題解決型の提案営業経験、普通自動車第一種運転免許。歓迎要件：医療業界における新規開拓営業の経験、臨床検査領域の専門知識。求める人物像：Growth Mindset、Achieving Results、Managing Change、Teamwork & Collaborations。雇用形態は正社員、月給基礎給300,000円等。就業場所は本社東京都港区、テレワーク月8回まで、転勤あり。福利厚生や休日休暇、賞与・昇給等の詳細あり。募集者名 ロシュ・ダイアグノスティックス株式会社。Who we are は企業紹介。
