Job Description: SAP Project Operations Lead • More than 6 years of experience in Project Operations, PMO, or Delivery Operations roles. • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements. • Design, maintain, and automate operational trackers using Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, dashboards). * Experience working on tools ServiceNow ,Jira. For reporting Experience with PowerBI and Excel • Prepare weekly/monthly operational reports covering: • Ticket inflow vs. closure trends • SLA adherence and breach analysis • Resource utilization & productivity • Escalation and aging analysis • Use Excel to consolidate data from tools like ServiceNow/JIRA and present executiveâ€`ready MIS. • Take Ownership of Demand Fulfilment , Track Open Positions , Planning , Interview Panel Time Slot Management. • Co ordinate with HR and make sure high performing resources are appreciated by Tech M Kudos program. • Support delivery managers and project managers with operational metrics, risk indicators, and decisionâ€`support analysis. • Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. • Ensure audit readiness by maintaining operational artifacts and compliance documentation. • Microsoft Excel (Advanced) ‿ mandatory • Pivot Tables, lookups (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), Power Query, charts, dashboards • Experience working with support tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Azure DevOps (reporting exposure). * Strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
