BI Analyst

Do you want to help the business make better decisions using data and analytics? We are looking for a person interested in business and data to support analytics and reporting for the grocery trade and finance. You will be part of the Grocery Data & BI Development team, which works closely with business and IT. Our team works in close cooperation with business, analysts, and data development to ensure data availability and usability to support decision-making. A large part of our work is understanding business processes and needs, collecting and modeling data, and building Qlik Sense applications. We expect experience in SQL, data modeling, as well as reporting and analytics with modern BI tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI). We also expect an active working style and good communication and influencing skills with various stakeholders. Additionally, experience in the following is a plus: - concrete evidence of utilizing GenAI in data development or data utilization - Snowflake and semantic models - Python/R - Finnish language skills K-Group offers the most attractive path in the industry for developing the trade sector.
