We are looking for a Sustainability & Regeneration Manager to play a key role in driving this agenda across atNorth. In this role, you will lead the implementation and coordination of strategic sustainability and regeneration initiatives at group level, ensuring high-quality execution, strong governance, and reliable reporting. You will work cross-functionally with teams across the business and collaborate with external partners to support long-term value creation and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include compliance & reporting, strategy & development, projects & stakeholder engagement, and performance & governance. The ideal candidate has experience working with sustainability, regeneration, ESG, or similar topics in a corporate or industrial environment, a strong understanding of EU sustainability regulations and reporting frameworks, proven project management and collaboration skills, and the ability to work both strategically and hands-on with data, processes, and implementation.
