Sales Assistant

We are now looking for cheerful and energetic salespeople for our newly opened Normal store in Helsinki Kaari shopping center. We offer permanent contracts for 5-25 hours per week as well as fixed-term contracts. The work includes morning, evening and intermediate shifts. Role: You will have an important role in the store and in creating a special shopping experience for customers. You will work with our exciting products with a target-driven approach, and it is important that we always present a well-maintained and clean store for our customers. In addition, friendly and pleasant customer service as well as routine tasks are part of daily life. Normal stores are exciting places full of interesting products and customers. Responsibilities: - Put customers first so they feel welcome and come back - Ensure the store maintains a high level with clean and attractive displays - Customer service and shelf replenishment - Opening and closing the store - Serving at the cash register. What we expect from you: - Experience from the retail sector and a lively work environment - You are interested in store operations, you have a sales mindset and the customer is always the most important - You work independently and efficiently - Customer service in Finnish is essential, but English/Swedish skills are valued - You have an eye for details and want to build great displays - You are a team player and contribute to a good atmosphere - Serving customers in Finnish (level B1) – we welcome other language skills Also note: you can apply now; we will review applications even before the deadline.
