Wärtsilä is an innovative technology company known for being a forerunner in the Marine and Energy markets. We are looking for an experienced Product Lead to own and develop our onboard navigation product portfolio, including Navi-Sailor ECDIS/MFD, passage planning, and onboard–shore connectivity. The preferred location for this role is Hamburg, Germany or Helsinki, Finland. This is a senior product management role with a strong focus on product development, product lifecycle ownership and market fit. You will translate customer, regulatory, operational and commercial needs into clear product direction, work closely with Agile R&D and engineering teams, and ensure that our navigation solutions remain safe, compliant and ready for the S-100 era.

Responsibilities
- Own product outcomes, product direction, roadmap and prioritised requirements for assigned navigation products, from discovery and development to launch, maintenance and end-of-life planning.
- Monitor relevant maritime technology, competitor and regulatory developments, including ECDIS, MFD, ENC/S-100, cyber resilience and related IMO, IEC and IHO requirements.
Requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional background in maritime navigation, software, product management, business or a related field.
- Strong English communication skills and willingness to travel for customer, distributor, industry and internal meetings.
