We are currently looking for a MULTI-SERVICE WORKER for property and facility services to join our key account team in the industrial sector in Tuupakka, Vantaa! In this role, you will be diversely responsible for property maintenance and ensure that the daily operations of our international client's facility and production property run seamlessly by handling various service requests. With your "can-do" attitude, you ensure functional, safe, and clean spaces both outdoors and indoors. Your diverse tasks include, for example: - Outdoor area work: Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the property's yard year-round. This includes lawn mowing, litter collection, manual snow removal, and cleaning with a sweeping machine. - Cleaning: Responsible for the cleanliness of indoor spaces using a ride-on scrubber. If necessary, you will also assist with other cleaning team tasks. - Quality rounds and reporting, as well as supervising subcontractors' work. - Implementing various client service requests, from assembling furniture to moving goods. - Varied indoor property work, such as caring for indoor plants, cleaning technical rooms, recycling cardboard waste, as well as general maintenance and small repair work. Your working hours are generally weekdays from 7:00 to 14:30. Occasionally, the work may include evening shifts as separately agreed in advance. This is a full-time position (37.5 h/week) with an open-ended contract. Work begins as soon as possible by agreement. The position pays at least the salary according to pay grade 2 of the Property Service Industry collective agreement (12.59 €/h), plus possible hourly premiums based on actual hours worked and a possible education supplement based on the completed degree. Education suitable for the position and special expertise related to property maintenance are considered an advantage. - Practical handiness and the ability to use common small tools, such as a power drill. - Fluent oral and written Finnish skills. English language skills are an advantage in an international working environment. - Good physical condition. - An excellent service attitude. You understand the importance of high-quality service and have good interaction skills. You are friendly, reliable, and solution-oriented. - Initiative as well as organizational and reaction skills. You act responsibly, handle service requests promptly, know how to prioritize your tasks, and organize your work efficiently. - Up-to-date IT skills.
