Operations Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic operations manager to help build the operations from the ground up. The role is diverse and fast-paced: days will vary, and you will influence operations both on land and at sea. As the operations manager, you will be responsible for daily operations, safety, smoothness, and quality. Lead the team, plan operations, and ensure our amphibious bus is ready for service. You will play a central role in launching Ocean Bus Helsinki and help shape how operations develop. Because the organization is small, your scope will be broad and you may also participate in hands-on tasks as needed. You will report to the management of Ocean Bus Finland Oy and collaborate closely with Stromman’s Helsinki team.
