Site Facilities Installer

Site Facilities Installers (2 persons / work pair) – Kymenlaakso We are looking for two site facilities installers or an established work pair to strengthen our team in the Kymenlaakso region. The work is versatile, mobile, and independent. You will work at various construction sites, where you will be responsible for the commissioning of site facilities and the implementation of site services. No two days are the same, and the work occasionally requires travel and longer working days. Your duties include: - installation and commissioning of site facilities - construction of temporary site electricity - installation of electrical centers and main distribution boards - cable pulling and electrical connections - making water and sewage connections - maintenance and servicing of site services - cooperation with customers and other contractors. We hope for: - experience in electrical or HVAC/plumbing tasks - understanding of how construction sites operate and how to keep daily site operations running smoothly - experience in similar installation or site service tasks is considered an advantage - good Finnish language skills - a proactive and responsible approach to work - good cooperation and communication skills - willingness for mobile work in the Kymenlaakso region. You do not need to master both electrical and plumbing work. It is sufficient that you have strong expertise in either field and a desire to learn the whole process. Above all, we value a practical hands-on attitude, problem-solving skills, and an understanding of how large construction sites function. Having your own van is considered an advantage.
