We are seeking an Freelance Change Consultant to support transformation initiatives within the Finance division of a logistics organisation. Responsibilities: Lead change activities across Finance functions Conduct stakeholder interviews across departments Develop and execute communication plans Drive Finance-first, solution-oriented transformation initiatives Requirements: ADKAR certification with strong understanding of change principles Experience in Finance environments (e.g., revenue accounting, P2P) SAP experience preferred Strong communication skills; fluent in English (French or Dutch desirable) Extroverted, proactive, and quick to learn Proven experience in transformation programmes Contract Details: 6-month contract (potential extension)
