Construction Worker

The salary is according to the collective agreement (TESS) at €14.19-17.12/h depending on experience. We provide our employees with Epassi benefits. We are looking for a skilled person who is proficient with tools and strives for high-quality results. You will work in diverse construction tasks, including bathroom and sauna renovations, apartment renovations, kitchen and furniture installations, and moisture damage repairs. In the client's company, everyone does everything, so please be prepared for this (e.g., there is no separate demolition crew). We seek a person who understands the overall flow of construction sites. Even if you do not perform electrical or plumbing work yourself, you understand how building services link to the work phases and can account for this in your own work. We require you to be conscientious, precise, and genuinely proud of your work. A category B driver's license is required. Work is primarily carried out in the Forssa region, but occasionally there may be sites in other areas, such as Uusimaa. Currently, the furthest site is in Ypäjä. We are looking for a person who is proactive, reliable, and possesses excellent customer service skills. As part of this recruitment process, we will contact a reference.
