Support Service Worker

We are looking for a support service worker for the Hirvensalo Validia-house.** As a support service worker, you will participate in the residents' well-being by performing diverse assisting tasks, such as heating food, assisting with meals, dishwashing, laundry, and care assistant duties. Additionally, you will guide residents' leisure activities and create a pleasant daily environment through your work. We offer a permanent, full-time position where shifts are primarily weekday mornings, although occasional evening and weekend shifts may be included. You have good oral and written Finnish language skills, a hygiene passport, and an enthusiastic and proactive attitude toward work. You will meet our unit's clients daily and participate in their everyday lives, so we are primarily looking for a great person to join our community. Education as a care assistant, home care worker, or in the catering and cleaning sector, as well as work experience in similar roles, is considered an advantage.
