The Helsinki Employment Services are seeking a fixed-term Project Planner for the 'Jobba för integration' project. The goal of the third phase of this project is to strengthen Swedish-language employment paths, improve Swedish-language integration and employment services, strengthen cooperation with employers, and develop cooperation between employment services and educational institutions. As a Project Planner, you will play a central and independent role in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the project. You will advance the project systematically in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities include project administration such as reporting, payment applications, financial management, documentation, and procurement. You will also be responsible for planning and coordinating communication, information dissemination, and events. Your tasks may include co-development and piloting with employers and educational institutions, data collection, analysis, drafting reports, and developing and modeling service paths. You will work closely with a part-time Swedish integration planner and be supported by a project group. The ideal candidate is motivated to promote Swedish-language integration, enjoys project work, possesses strong project management skills, and is proactive and solution-oriented. You should enjoy active project work, piloting new actions in practice, and facilitating collaborative work in a network-like environment.

Requirements
- Relevant higher education degree
- Good oral and written skills in Swedish, Finnish, and English
- Strong project management skills

- Good communication and interaction skills
