Modern Work Architect

We are looking for an experienced Modern Work Architect to join Fraidei’s team. You will take technical ownership of M365 solutions and architecture, while also contributing to hands-on delivery. You will be capable of building and guiding SharePoint Online-based intranet and information management solutions, listening to customer needs. You value teamwork and a great customer experience. We work as a team and support each other in Fraidei. Key responsibilities include technical architecture responsibility for Modern Work solutions, designing and guiding architectures (SharePoint, information governance and other M365 solutions), aligning technical implementations with best practices, hands-on participation in implementations, and providing support to projects and customer contacts. We expect long-term experience with Microsoft 365, strong SharePoint Online skills, Power Platform proficiency, understanding of Microsoft 365 technology architecture, and experience delivering modern work per customer needs. You should be able to communicate technical topics clearly to both the team and customers. Plus: experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry; understanding of data protection and lifecycle management; Microsoft certifications (e.g., Architect path).
