About the role

We value a client-oriented healthcare assistant who applies a rehabilitative approach in interactions with clients. Good communication skills and a cheerful attitude are important, and we expect you to handle rapidly changing situations. You will participate in work shift planning. The unit cares for clients needing short-term care, rehabilitation or assessment. The goal is to support elderly people to live at home, support the caregiver, assess service needs, or arrange further care. The role requires strong elderly care expertise and skills in functional assessment and support. Care in the Arvi unit in Kankaanpää is a short-term accommodation outside the home. The unit accepts referrals directly from home or hospital for further care and rehabilitation. Orientation is planned individually, with support from the whole team and supervisor.
