Healthcare Assistant

Itä-Uudenmaan well-being region seeks two fixed-term LÄHIHOITAJAA for the period 27 August 2026 – 31 January 2027 or as agreed. The role is primarily located in the Taasiakoti 24/7 assisted living unit in Lovisa. Taasiakoti is a 24/7 service housing unit with 28 permanent places and six short-term care places. Residents have lifelong care needs. We value the ability to ensure a person-centered, good everyday life, considering individuals' needs and wishes. Experience in elderly care is beneficial but not essential. We expect flexibility, responsible attitude and teamwork and the ability to work as part of a multi-professional team. Requirements: practical nurse qualification or prior basic nurse qualification and registration in the social welfare professionals register (JulkiSuosikki). Finnish language proficiency; Swedish is advantageous. Terms follow the general SOTE agreement. The job is shift work; nurses mainly work three shifts. Salary is €2,746.46 per month.
