MEP Manager · Hybrid Freelance MEP Manager / Electrical Package Manager Location: Unspecified, Norway Contract: Freelance Rotation: 3 weeks on site / 1 week remote Travel & Accommodation: Provided We are seeking experienced MEP Managers / Electrical Package Managers to support a major technology infrastructure project in Norway. Working within a client-side project team, you will manage key MEP and electrical packages, coordinate Tier 1 contractors, monitor progress, and ensure quality, safety, and programme delivery. Responsibilities: Manage electrical and MEP package contractors Review RAMS, drawings, and technical submissions Conduct site inspections and quality checks Lead contractor meetings and supply chain coordination Monitor programme progress, risks, and reporting Provide updates to senior project leadership Requirements: Proven MEP / Electrical Package Management experience Background in data centres, industrial, or mission-critical projects Experience managing Tier 1 contractors and complex electrical packages Strong understanding of LV/MV systems and construction delivery
