Bartender

We are looking for an experienced and service-minded bartender to join Flamingo Spa’s restaurant team. You will work across bar and customer service duties, including preparing drinks and cocktails, active sales, keeping the bar area clean and smooth, participating in events, and ensuring a safe and welcoming guest experience. Requirements include previous bar or restaurant work, solid drink knowledge, ability to work independently, good stress tolerance and a proactive service attitude. Evening and weekend work and a valid bartender and hygiene passport are required; fluent Finnish and ability to serve customers in English are expected. A valid security supervisor certificate is considered a plus, and training to become a security officer can be discussed.
