Structured learning & development – build strong foundations in marketing research, data and storytelling Hands-on experience – contribute to live projects and real client outputs early in your career Technical skill-building – develop capabilities in tools like Q, data visualisation, and PowerPoint Team integration – collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to understand how global insights are delivered Continuous support – learn from experienced colleagues who will guide your development Job Goals As a Research Associate, you’ll: Support the delivery of research projects, ensuring outputs are accurate and delivered on time Work with data — organising, validating and contributing to analysis and reporting Help prepare charts, presentations and reports that bring insights to life Learn how research projects are managed end-to-end, from questionnaire to output Build an understanding of how insights solve real client challenges Collaborate with teams across functions to ensure seamless delivery Ideal Skills & Capabilities Recent graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Statistics or a related field Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset Curious, proactive, and eager to learn Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience with Excel/PowerPoint (experience with Q/SPSS is a bonus, not essential) Most importantly, we’re looking for people who are excited by ideas, data, and the opportunity to grow.
