About the role

Lead small groups of up to 8 guests on nighttime tours in search of the Northern Lights, which may involve long-distance travel of up to 6 hours one way. Lead small groups of up to 8 guests on daytime tours, including hiking tours, animal farm visits, and other activities. Offer unlimited professional photography and videography throughout each tour. Handle guest pick-up and drop-off, and ensure guests' comfort and safety at all times. Complete independent preparation ahead of each tour. **Requirements:** - Strong communication and customer service skills to support diverse groups of guests and manage group dynamics - A highly professional, "customer first" mindset - Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently - Sales skills to confidently present and promote additional tours, activities, and services - Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules and tour durations - Good physical fitness and comfort working outdoors in cold weather - Ability to drive safely under challenging conditions, including long distances, darkness, and snowy and slippery roads - Experience/ interest in photography is considered an advantage - Experience in outdoor guiding, adventure tourism, or related fields is considered an advantage - Fluency in English - Additional language skills are an asset (Portuguese and/or Korean preferred) Employment duration may differ: 5-8 months. Employment start date may differ: September - November 2026
