As a Kiosk Supervisor, you are at the core of this experience: you perform independent sales and customer service work, lead the daily routine by your own example, and ensure that the kiosk operates profitably and in a good spirit. What does the work of a Kiosk Supervisor involve? - Actively engage in sales and customer service – show through your own actions how serving add-on sales are done genuinely and naturally. - Take care of checkout work, products, services, and the implementation of campaigns. - Monitor the development of the kiosk's result and sales in daily life and react quickly if necessary. - Be responsible for shift planning and daily organization. - Lead your team encouragingly: give both positive and constructive feedback and help them succeed. - Ensure that the kiosk is clean, cozy, and shelves are always full. - Play a central role in creating a good working atmosphere and a feeling of doing. The employment is full-time and valid until further notice. In addition to the stated salary, a kiosk supervisor supplement and other supplements are paid.
