Sales Agent

Sales position in Oulu with a fixed-term contract from September 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027. You will be part of a team where every contribution matters for shared success. We provide training for the role, so no prior sales experience is required. You will receive thorough onboarding and start with practical tasks soon after joining. The role involves helping to create positive customer moments as part of a team. Your client base includes both existing and new customers, to whom you will offer our high-quality products and services. Work is primarily telephone-based, with opportunities to meet customers at mall stands and stores. A key advantage is the ability to work multi-channel, shifting from customer service calls to cold calling within the same shift. The base salary is at the top of the market (17.14 €/h), with bonuses based on sales results. We offer a permanent 24–37.5 hour workweek, with shifts also in evenings and weekends. What we expect: hard-working and goal-oriented attitude, genuine enthusiasm for sales and customer service, good communication skills in Finnish and English, ability to use digital tools for learning and problem solving, willingness to work the maximum contracted hours.
